Fun designs, easy to use

I got one of the spooky embroidery designs, a digital download. It was really easy to get the file and start stitching. I'm pretty new to this, but the pattern was clear. It's cool how many different witchy patterns they have. Felt like I found exactly what I was looking for without much hassle.

Always reliable patterns

I've bought several patterns from Witchy Stitcher, and this last one, a cryptid cross stitch, was just as good as the others. The digital downloads are super convenient, I just print them right out. I've joined a few Stitch-a-Longs too, and those are always fun. Never had an issue with the quality of the patterns or getting my downloads. It's why I keep coming back.

Good pattern, slow delivery

I ordered the 'Haunted House' cross stitch pattern, a physical one, and some hand-dyed Aida. The pattern itself is great, clear instructions and a fun design. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, around 8 days to get to me in Texas, but everything arrived well-packaged. Wish there were more fabric color options sometimes.

thinking of getting the new stitch-a-long. is there usually a way to get a discount for it, or is it always full price?

T Tara Ito 1 month ago
They usually have early bird pricing when it first drops, so you gotta snag it quick.

Yeah, the best deals are usually when they first announce it. Keep an eye on their emails or social media.

i'm debating between Witchy Stitcher and Night Spirit Studio for my next project. anyone got thoughts on which is better for beginner-friendly but still cool designs?

S Sarah 1 month ago
Witchy Stitcher has some really good beginner guides and simpler patterns if you look for them, and they're super unique. Night Spirit is also good but might be a bit more complex sometimes.

For beginner-friendly, I'd lean towards Witchy Stitcher. They have a wider range of difficulty levels, and their kits are great if you want everything included. Night Spirit is awesome too, but sometimes their charts are a bit more intricate.

can you use more than one coupon code at checkout? like a newsletter one and a sale one?

L Laura F. 1 month ago
Nah, usually just one code per order. Most places are like that.

I've never been able to stack them, always just one discount code works at a time from what I've seen.

hey, was looking at some of the spooky patterns. anyone know if they're compatible with Pattern Keeper?

T Tara W. 1 month ago
Yeah, most of their newer stuff and popular patterns are compatible. I've used it for a few and it worked great.

L Lisa Whitfield 1 month ago
I think so, I haven't personally tried it with Pattern Keeper, but I've seen other stitchers on Instagram mention using it without issues.

i just signed up for the newsletter. how do i get that discount everyone talks about?

M Marcus B. 1 month ago
It should pop up right after you sign up, or they'll send you an email with the code pretty fast.

Check your inbox, sometimes it goes to spam. It's usually a unique code for new subscribers.

are these patterns okay to sell the finished pieces? like if I stitch something up and want to gift it or sell it at a craft fair?

G Gwen Vargas 1 month ago
As long as you stitch it yourself, selling finished pieces is usually fine for most designers. Just don't sell the pattern itself.

C Colin R. 1 month ago
Pretty sure they're cool with it. Most pattern designers encourage it, as long as you give credit if you're selling.

how long does it usually take for physical kits to ship to, say, California?

D Dana A. 1 month ago
Mine usually get to LA in about a week, give or take. Pretty quick for indie stuff.

S Sarah M. 1 month ago
From what I remember, I got my last kit in NorCal within 5-7 business days. It depends on the shipping option you pick though.
